2.0 The company is responsible for its own injury and illness prevention program.
3.0 All field employees had undergone the necessary safety training corresponding to their specific job description.
4.0 All field employees are provided with personnel protective equipment for their individual use.
5.0 The employees the appropriate tools & instruments required in the execution of their trade.
6.0 All work areas, passageway and roadways shall be kept free of debris, hazardous materials and waste as necessary
7.0 All dangerous condition created in the course of our work will be properly barricaded and marked appropriately to serve as warning to others.
8.0 No pets, alcohol, drugs, or minors who are not employees will be allowed on our worksites.
9.0 We will conduct tool box meetings with our client’s representatives prior to any equipment inspection and testing activity
10.0 Any injury to our employees that occurs on job sites will be reported to our client within one hour of our becoming aware it had occurred.
11.0 Any unsafe conditions or acts by other persons which will endanger our workers will be reported immediately to the client for the necessary action
12.0 All employees were judiciously briefed on the company’s injury and illness prevention program
13.0 The company will make sure that accident insurance policy of all personnel is always in effect.
14.0 The company’s code of safety practice is subject to periodic review and upgraded as the need arises
15.0 The company encourages all employees to practice safety as their way of life.
